Just like most products in the world these days, most of our mugs are made in China. However the majority of them are designed, printed and shipped from the USA - with the exception of the "Novelty Mugs" section of our store.
The majority of the ceramic mugs are printed in the USA. The mugs that are printed in the USA are microwave and dishwasher safe - and they are also stain proof. Please check the individual sales page to confirm.
Any plastic mugs or mugs with metal in them are not microwave nor dishwasher safe. If a mug is not microwave or dishwasher safe, we will mention it on the sales page.
Basically any mug that is in the "Novelty Mugs" section of our store are made in china and you need to check on each sales page whether or not it is microwave or dishwasher safe.

International orders can take up to 45 days or 6 weeks to arrive. But they usually arrive in 3-4 weeks.
Usually, yes. As long as you advise us that you ordered the wrong mug within 12 hours of purchase. Otherwise it automatically gets sent to the printers and goes into the automated production cycle.
Yes, definitely. Changing billing information is not too important. But changing shipping information needs to happen within 24 hours of your purchase. Please write to us at email@example.com or call the number at the top of this page.

Yes, no problems, Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the mug you received and we'll refund you in full. You have a full year to do this from the time you purchased. If you don't want a refund, we can replace it for free or send you a different mug of the same price. This does NOT apply if you just "changed your mind."
