You have mug questions... We have mug answers...

Do we do custom orders? Can we make "xyz" design for you?

Yes! We definitely do... We only ask that you order a minimum of 3 mugs for any special mug design requests. What happens is this:

  1. You send us your design idea to info@mugdom.com
  2. We double check that you are ok with purchasing 3 or more mugs
  3. We send the design idea to our designer
  4. We send you a mockup to make sure you're happy with it
  5. You approve the design
  6. We upload the design to our store
  7. You purchase 3 or more of those mugs on our website and get FREE shipping in the USA

Do you ship worldwide?

Are your mugs made in America? Are they microwave and dishwasher safe?

Just like most products in the world these days, most of our mugs are made in China. However the majority of them are designed, printed and shipped from the USA - with the exception of the "Novelty Mugs" section of our store.

The majority of the ceramic mugs are printed in the USA. The mugs that are printed in the USA are microwave and dishwasher safe - and they are also stain proof. Please check the individual sales page to confirm.

Any plastic mugs or mugs with metal in them are not microwave nor dishwasher safe. If a mug is not microwave or dishwasher safe, we will mention it on the sales page.

Basically any mug that is in the "Novelty Mugs" section of our store are made in china and you need to check on each sales page whether or not it is microwave or dishwasher safe.

It's been "x" amount of days since I placed my order. Where's my mug?

With our print on demand mugs, it takes 3-5 business days to be printed, then 5-8 business days in the USA to arrive at your door. If 11 business days have passed and you still don't have your mugs, please write to us at info@mugdom.com and we'll find out what's wrong. We'll probably end up sending you new mugs for free.

How do I track my order?

Option 1: You should have received an email with the subject line "A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way" - Just click the link that says "View Your Order", Scroll to the bottom of the page (below the Facebook box and map) and click on the tracking number listed.

Option 2: Just go here and enter your tracking code. 

I live in "xyz" country outside of the USA, when will my order arrive?

International orders can take up to 45 days or 6 weeks to arrive. But they usually arrive in 3-4 weeks.

I ordered the wrong mug, can you change it?

Usually, yes. As long as you advise us that you ordered the wrong mug within 12 hours of purchase. Otherwise it automatically gets sent to the printers and goes into the automated production cycle. 

I made a mistake with my shipping or billing information, can you fix it?

Yes, definitely. Changing billing information is not too important. But changing shipping information needs to happen within 24 hours of your purchase. Please write to us at info@mugdom.com or call the number at the top of this page.

My discount code isnt working, why not?

This could be for a few reasons. 

  1. A lot of our coupon codes are only valid for 1 use per customer. If you have used that coupon before, you will not be able to use it again.
  2. Your coupon could have expired.
  3. You might be trying to use a coupon for free shipping that is only available in the USA
  4. You might be trying to input the coupon in the wrong place. Coupon codes are to be inserted when you are entering your payment information.

You sent me the wrong mug. I ordered the "xyz" mug. What now?

Sorry about that! Just send us an email to info@mugdom.com with a photo of the mug you received and we'll send you a new one.

My mug arrived broken, will you replace it?

Yes, no questions asked. Just send us an email to info@mugdom.com with a photo of the mug you received and we'll send you a new one.

I'm not happy with my mug for "x" reason. Can I get a refund?

Yes, no problems, Just send us an email to info@mugdom.com with a photo of the mug you received and we'll refund you in full. You have a full year to do this from the time you purchased. If you don't want a refund, we can replace it for free or send you a different mug of the same price.
